Jack Daniel's has taken a stiff shot of "sanity," warrior-against-woke Robby Starbuck claimed on Wednesday night — after telling Fox News Digital he had his sights set on another iconic American brand.

"Big news," the movie-making activist posted on X. "The next company we were set to expose was @JackDaniels."

Brown-Forman, the parent company of the Tennessee distiller, "preemptively announced," Starbuck wrote, that it was renouncing a series of diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and left-leaning initiatives.

Among them, he wrote, are these: "Ending participation in the (Human Rights Campaign’s) Corporate Equality Index social credit system; Executive + employee bonuses/goals are tied to business performance not DEI; An end to ‘quantitative workforce and supplier diversity ambitions’; Cutting woke trainings."

Jack Daniel's is the latest in a growing list of iconic U.S. brands to rid itself of what have proven to be toxic "woke" programs.

Influencer Starbuck has made international headlines in recent weeks, highlighting the radical and far-left social agenda at Harley-Davidson that caused a seismic schism between its leadership and the everyday Americans loyal to the motorcycle maker for decades.

Companies like Bud Light, Tractor Supply, Jack Daniels, and Harley Davidson forgot who their base is, it's not woke types.. It's the people who get up before the sun, work like a dog, and just want to unwind with a cold beer, a glass of whiskey, or with some wind therapy.

I'm sure all have a small niche of people who fit inside the woke circle, but it's not enough to sustain the profits they have with the working class.

Bud Light was the text book example of how NOT to alienate your customer base. Looks like other companies are finally figuring that part out.

It is still amazing to me how many companies still tried the DEI thing even after that bloodbath.

I was sick for three days with alcohol poisoning after me and a buddy drank a whole half gallon of JD right out of the bottle one night on an empty stomach. One whiff of it makes me nauseous now.

I know I've been more miserable but I can't remember when.

I should've went into marketing.. Seems like I could've went that route.. Got hired on... and made a killing...

I know I've been more miserable but I can't remember when.

It was tequilla for me. 18 yrs old drank so much i pissed in my tent. Worked all day hard labor in 100 degree weather sweating it out of my pores. I prayed for death. Couldnt drink it for 10 years

It was scotch for me. 19 years old. Drank an entire fifth from the bottle in a few hours. Stupid. It all came back up while I was in my car with some buddies on the interstate. Fortunately, I wasn't driving, and I got to the window in time.

To this day (58 years later), I can't stand to even sniff scotch. Never had a single drink of scotch since.

As for JD, I am more of a bourbon connoisseur, but I drink JD on occasion. It is better as a mixer with Coke, rather than sipping.

I know EXACTLY your feeling, but my voodoo juice was margaritas. One New Years night I overindulged on them and the next morning I thought I would die from the hangover and how all that salt was aggravating my throat. It was like sandpaper smoothing our my esophagus. I couldn't even smell a margarita for years and years after that. I would get the gag reflex just from the smell. I'm okay now and sometime (very rarely) will drink it.

Cheers to you sir. We all have that one drink that nearly killed us and we cannot drink as long as we live. Jack happens to be mine death drink as well. I can't even smell the stuff.

Ironically I love Bourbon and other Whiskey's - but JD

Speaking of Jack Daniel's, I'm headed there on a road trip next month to tour some of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail distilleries.

Actually, I have done more than enough distillery tours in my life. Tastings only now.

JD has a tasting deal where you can sip 6 different types from series that have highly limited distribution.
