He could do it and it would not be a lie. But then what I wrote would happen and do you want that to be true?
Is that an educated guess from you or from a content creator that calls himself something that nobody has ever heard from in the O&G industry?
Then refute it. What would happen?
tHen ReFuTe It...
You think I know what's going to happen? Hell you don't know what's gonna happen, but oh shucks I'll take a shot at it since I have a little O&G industry, more than you and the other yahoo who's only experience is just pumping gas...
Your claim:
Based on the current price of gas that would mean about $1.75 @ gallon. The lowest it ever got for Trump was one month @ $1.90. He would have to have OPEC crash the market again, killling what is left of US oil industry. Losing that production would in turn sky rocket natural gas prices too. And electricity never went down under Trump. It only went up. This the “business genius” you are voting for?
So right now, under Biden/Harris it's almost $4 a gallon here, it's never gotten below $3 since about month after Biden was sworn in. You don't understand that gas/oil is a commodity is unfortunately traded in the open market and is based on futures. So when a permit is pulled for a pipeline that's set to be completed in the future that caused prices to jump and never recover. A Trump win could see a potential of the permit being re-issued and cause the futures to be favorable and the price to drop.
Currently OPEC cut production in late 2022 when the Oatmeal Brain refused to negotiate with the nations and instead decided to stomp his foot and it didn't work. So a business man comes in and deals with OPEC instead of whining they won't talk to him.
Also when the Biden administration came in and put the red tape back in place that Trump had removed to allow drilling in areas rich with crude.
So my question, you say Trump can't lower prices, but do you think Harris could? If so why hadn't she yet?
OH and BTW.. Under Trump the most I paid in the winter for electricity never got above $300 and during the summer never got over $100... Under the current administration my winter bills haven't been under $400 and are mid $100s-$200..
But hey stuff wasn't cheaper under Trump... What color is the grass in your world?
