Maybe, but she's not president yet. As of now in history, it's Biden, with Obama a close second. The only reason Obama isn't worse is that he hadn't figured out how to get away with everything yet.

But yeah, if Harris is elected, she'll top all of them.

If Harris can actually get elected, the much more talented politicians like Josh Shapiro and Gavin Newsome will be a shoe in for years to come.

If we had more transparency in how votes are tabulated, this would never be an issue. One side completely stonewalls that idea every time.

When I heard him say this during the snippet of the interview, I was convinced he THINKS Trump is POTUS NOW. Trump would have no power to "transfer". The question was whether Biden would transfer the power peacefully. During this interview Biden doesn't know he is POTUS.
