If misinformation keeps you from having free speech, democrats are the ones that would lose that right.

What they like to call misinformation with trump, is usually him making an assertion around the premise.

Like, to paraphrase, “they want to kill babies not only up til birth, but even kill the ones who survive.” That’s not misinformation. That’s withheld information and intentions. Dems say all the time, they want no restrictions on abortions, therefore that’s not misinformation when Trump asserts that that is Dems intentions.

They know how evil they are, so they don’t want that part of their platform being spoken out loud beyond their small rallies.

The First Amendment allows for, yes, I'm going to say it, lying.
Not libel, not slander, but yes, out-right lying.
