Unbelievable! I cannot even believe that we have this many Tech people ranking on the Dawgs after what we saw just 7 days ago. Yea, we're living in the past. 7 days in the past.

And 10Man makes a great point. Football season is far from over for UGA. We are playing a championship game just a stones throw from the North Avenue Trade School's campus.

How's Seattle's weather this time of year? The Seattle Bowl? Oh my G-d, what a joke.

And if UGA fans speak of the past often, it's because we actually have past to speak of. UGA has a history of winning on the gridiron. We're back and we're back with a vengence.

I wouldn't go mouthing off about Tech not having a history. We can go with recent history if you like...since 1983 Georgia has no conference titles. In that same time, Tech has 2 conference titles and one NATIONAL title (all since '90). And as far as National Championships, UGAg has one, Tech has FOUR. How's that for history?

Aaah, the dreaded weak embarassing ACC conference championships. Before FSU, it was anybody's championship. And to think that GT actually was a force in the ACC before FSU. Come play in the sand box of the SEC Techies and play Bama, Florida, LSU, Auburn, UGA, Tenn, Ole Miss every year and see what your pathetic team can do as far as conference championships.

Heck, that's been UGAs problem all these years. A 9-3 or 8-4 team no way, now how wins the SEC, EVER!

But all I have to do right now is go back 7 days in my history books and smile smile smile.

Oh, and hell yea the Music City Bowl was a joke for UGA last year. None of us were happy to be there. That's the difference between UGA and GT. You guys are thrilled to play in the Seattle Bowl. We would be mortified.

Except for when LSU won the SEC with 3 losses last year.

Tech's record from 1983-2001: 118-97-4 (.539)
UGA's record from 1983-2001: 143-75-5 (.641)

And that is dissapointing by UGA standards. You guys are barely 500 in the ACC. Don't talk about football history Techie unless you want to talk baseball. You guys play in a joke conference and you managed only 11 winning seasons in the past 20 years.
