Sucka, please.
Now, now. While the first amendment guarantees one's right to express an opinion, it does not guarantee that anyone has to like it.

The rules were laid forth by an entity superior to you, me and everyone else. I didn't make the rules. I just follow them. Only a fool, or worse would do otherwise.
The dudes who wrote Leviticus are not superior to me in any way, shape, or form.
Paul is inferior to me in that he had a self-loathing complex and was a misogynist.
I'm pretty sure that's not who they were referring to, but I think you already knew that.....
Oh, I know that they think that a deity wrote the Bible.
The best part is that by stating that HUMANS wrote the Bible, I'll get accused of being "anti-Christian".
No, ladies and gentlemen, I'm anti-injustice, and the conduct of some people in this country towards gay people is unjust. That you'll hide behind your Bible, just as those who supported slavery and segregation did, further shows your cowardice.
WWJD in the face of people who want to discriminate against gays?
What would MLK say (Oh, wait, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere...)?
But wait, people here would call me "anti-Christian"...

A while back, a friend acquired a batch of Willie Nelson seeds from Reeferman seeds. may have been some of the best bud I've ever had.... damn near a pure sativa, very good stuff. Willie can do no wrong in my book.

No Soph. We would say that the Bible is inspired by God and contains truth that no man can change. Not even under the pretext of justice. Which brings up the subject of "justice." I don't think you are so concerned about injustice, but rather your version of justice. No one here has stated, implied or suggested that homosexuals should be denied civil priviledges. But, many of us are opposed to the idea of supporting them in their sins. And there is no need to guess what Jesus would do. He left little doubt regarding sin. And He will judge for any transgressions when the time comes.
And, I don't give a rat's behind what the communist, womanizing, race baiting, plagerer MLK has to say. You may choose to kneel at his altar of deceit, but don't count me in.
And I don't have to call you anything. Your own words speak for you.

Show me the words 'poop shoot' in any version of the Bible, and I'll convert to a Southern Baptist on the spot! ;-)

Wow Soph...you just said that a Saint was beneath you...I'm not even Catholic and that gives me chills. Anyway, attitudes like yours were fortold in the book you belittle. You're such a hypocrite. You scream about injustice and prejudice and then you come here and belittle Christians as well as the heroes of their faith. You're intollerant of anyone who doesn't kiss your back side and agree with your left-wing, ego-driven horse crap. It's just funny because you can't even see your hypocrisy.

Because if anybody knows anything about doling out justice, it's white Southerners.
