Nah, I first noticed it in 2008. It's been on a consistently downward trajectory ever since. One need look no farther than our local loon squad. They lack the ability to reason or to arrive at original opinions based on thinking about any issue critically. Over the years we've witnessed them going from dumb to dumber.
