Ultimate Tournament Curse!
While the sting is still with me, I feel a little better as Kent St took Akron to (literally) the final seconds before losing as The Flashes Julius Rollins suffers a “brain cramp” and fouls Akron’s Tribble with 5 seconds to go thinking they were down 1 instead of actually being up one. That would have been the ultimate "Tournament Curse" for The Rockets if it had been Toledo rather than Kent making the same unthinkable mistake in the final seconds! Akron had the same problems as Toledo containing V. Davis on the inside as he had 21 points. However, despite Kent’s Sullinger and Santiago shooting a combined 11-36 from the field, Kent was in position to win at the end if Rollins had not suffered a “Chris Webber” moment!

RE: Ultimate Tournament Curse!
It was a really good game. Too bad one of them had to win. :-)

That guys has to feel terrible. What an epic dick up.

Davis with 19 pts and 6 boards, Sullinger with 19 and 8. For Akron, Ali with 18, Freeman 17 (9 boards), and Johnson with 11.
