I have St. John's in and Florida Atlantic out. My last four in are Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Northwestern, and Texas A&M.

RE: Bubble Watch 3/17/24
Man, I’m comparing Last Four In resumes since the tournament expanded to 68 in 2011, and this year’s “First Four Out” of St. John’s/Virginia/Providence/Indiana St legitimately have better resumes than the “Last Four In” of virtually every other year. And the 5th/6th Teams Out, Pitt and Seton Hall, have resumes better than the Last Team In across basically every year as well.

The committee this year has an impossible task. There’s 5-6 teams getting screwed no matter who they choose.

If this ends up being it, then yesterday was a complete disaster for the Big East.

I think Oklahoma is going to end up out though.

I expect this to be pretty close to what it ends up being. I still think they put Indiana St in. Like I said in a post yesterday, the committee has shown a tendency to throw a bone to the mid-majors with the play-in games. I think FAU and A&M get switched, and Indiana St is in Oklahoma's place.

1) I'd be shocked if Michigan State was not included, seems contrary to normal selection process
2) I'd be shocked if Ohio State is excluded since that never happens
3) Given how great FAU was supposed to be the greatest team ever they should probably be left out...but won't be

What's wild is KenPom loves Wake at 31, ahead of such locks as Dayton, TCU, Clemson, Colorado St., Boise St., Oklahoma, etc.

That hangover after Dook really crushed the Deacs.

RE: Bubble Watch 3/17/24
My official guess for the last 6 are Miss St and FAU with the last two byes and Colorado, Michigan St, Texas A&M, and Indiana St in Dayton. I'd personally put Oklahoma in over Indiana St, but there's always a surprise it seems...

FAU and USF should be in. Computers are not usually correct on who is the better team.
