Not a golfer but that seems really impressive.

Sometimes I’m critical of our athletic decisions but I’ll give credit where credit is due and golf seems to be one of them.

With the new golf complex equipped with state of the art golf simulator, coupled with a top 10 golf course, Golf should really be on an upward trajectory. I’m assuming this sport enables us to meet title IX requirements with a low budget golf cost.

Well done EMU athletics!!!!

Now fix the basketball program!!!!!05-mafia05-mafia

Don't pat EMU athletics on the back too much here. The course was the brainchild of Roy Wilbanks, Gary Owens and George Beaudette, EMU offered no funding for it as most MAC schools have no such course.

It is a fabulous track! Most importantly, it is operated by EMU through an LLC called Eagle Administrative Services and is self-sustaining through its profitability. The NEW university facility there is solely due to Keith Stone, the father of Game Above.
