USF is the best team in the league @ 11-1 but they’re facing off against pre-season #1 FAU who is 10-2; & that game will go a long way in determining who wins the league. I guess, if we’re hoping for a #4 seed, we need USF to win.

Thats it. Yes, we need USF to win this one. We need Memphis to win their game today. I still think this is a huge game for Memphis.

Its a shame for USF that they dont schedule out of conference with the thought of what they may need for an at large. They might enter the wrong side of the bubble with a win here but theyve never been close to a bubble discussion because of a few bad early losses combined with a horrific schedule

Hard to believe its been 11 years since Memphis has won a regular season conference championship… in this mediocre conference.

I don't think the Tigers could beat either one of them. Neither of them made turnovers to speak of rarely throwing the ball away which has been a constant with Memphis this year.
One of the passes that very rarely work for the Tigers is the lob. It is always too high to catch. The full court pass the same. Another one is passing from the top of the key into the paint. Almost always a turnover. Another is dribbling into the lane which has collapsed sometimes by our big man....turnover. These are freshmen mistakes being made by 4th and 5th year seniors. Malcolm always takes dribble with 2 or 3 defenders on him under the goal. He becomes as small and the guards.

I suppose it's too late to hope for a change. I started getting suspicious of this season when SMU came from behind from 20pts down to beat the Tigers at the FEF.
Do yall think this league is that good or are the Tigers that bad and if the latter how did we play so good the first 12 games? If the Tigers win big today I'd say maybe there's a chance but if we lose by 10 or more they won't win another game. I am not being unloyal. I love Penny Hardaway and the Tigers and have followed both for many, many years. Just looking realistically at our chances. Penny needs to find him a couple of big guys like Goldin in the off season. Maybe foreign players.

I don’t see any way this team beats SMU.. I could be wrong but I see them winning pretty handily.. I think the league and the Tigers are mediocre at best..

I rest my case from my post above. We have six games to go and Penny doesn't know who his lineup should be? This is embarrassing. I don't see any way he get's a good team in here next year. I mean Pierre comes in, strokes a three and blocks a shot...take him out.
