The defendants who already entered a plea are not in exactly the same posture as the ones who have not. I admit I am less certain what will happen there. But they certainly have a strong argument to make about having those pleas voided and their charges dropped, as well. We’ll have to wait and see about that.

I think the ones who plead had access to confidential voter rolls. It was done with cooperation with county officials, but apparently not in accordance with state law. It was 100% political, but not a massive stretch of the law to find a crime as the remaining cases are.

Just the fact that she promised that she would go after Trump was reason enough not to pursue the case because it smelt like it was all political and devoid of any substance.

I call for her to be disbarred and prosecuted for using tax payers money for personal use. It's that simple.

I think only Powell did the voter roll issue. Chesebero and Jenna were not in on that aspect of the RICO events.
