Chicago State at South Carolina State
SC State isn’t a very good team. They don’t have a lot of wins, and are around 50 spots below Chicago in the NET.

I don’t know a lot about the Bulldogs, but I did watch them play versus Oklahoma State and they actually played pretty well for most of that game. They lost, but they went toe to toe with the Cowboys and looked decent in the one time I saw them.

They won’t be a total pushover, but I think the Cougars will handle them. I suspect they are typically a poor shooting team or are very turnover prone to have as few wins as they do.

Short preview of the game from the SC State side.

SC State is currently 8-15 and is 4-1 in their last 5. I predict this will be a fairly even game unless one team or the other is especially hot. I think the Cougars will win as they won’t be phased by playing on the road and should be well rested and healthy.

I was able to watch this game, but it looks like SC State came out in the first half and shot very well, got a big lead, and never looked back. SC State is now 5-1 in thekr most recent games and seems to be playing very well.

With that said, this is the lowest NET team the Cougars have lost to this season. But the Bulldogs seem to be a very capable team that is playing their best basketball of the season lately.
