Luke Ackerley, Bennet Fady, Andrew King and Brody Shelby have been charged with misdemeanor for unlawful disposal of a carcass.

Seems dumb that they'd be charged with anything other than a disposal fine for such an awesome prank.

I am a little confused.

This just seems to be some dumb prank involving 2 rival fraternities at OkSt. Was the longhorn involved some kind of slam against Texas or was it just a coincidence that the dead animal used was also the Texas mascot?

OK so they dumped the dead carcass on the lawn of the rival fraternity right before the Big 12 championship game between OkSt and Texas, so I guess it has something to do with Texas.

So maybe I am a little slow (or maybe old). What was the point of the prank? I still don't get it.

It died of some disease, I don't think it was edible anyway. "unlawful disposal of a carcass" is a pretty funny charge though.
