Well they were certainly challenged to step up to playing without Q. But we thought we had a very talented overall starting five and at least I assumed that while they wouldn't win they would show well. Problem is that to play well as a team they needed Mikonowicz, Goss and Rinat to be major contributors and they certainly were not that tonight. With Q on the bench it's also obvious that there isn't a capable substitute other than the other post players. Don't see how the coach can see this as anything other than a very poor team performance. A really, really bad game.

What self-respecting journalist could file the above story without mentioning the crucial piece of information that Toledo was without its best player? And at least ask the coach about Lockett's status. Even if Cullop refuses to answer, you can print that she refused to answer.

Guessing, but the Blade probably picked the article up from a news service. Doubt they sent a reporter to Durham.

Listened to Heller's pre-game from last night today, and he said UT put out a release that Q has a sprained knee and will miss "some games" but will be back for early MAC games.
