Although he is highly rated in the Portal, most here don't have a clue what you have got "IF" you develop it.
Demario Davis, a multi-time all-pro, is the only LB they have had recently that compares to him as far as pure talent at this stage of his career , and IMO he more than stacks up to Demario in talent.
Saw where he is listed on several freshmen All-American teams, but I would not take any freshmen LB above him, and expect you will see why going forward.
Of course I would prefer he were at A-State .
