Clicked the link.. Had to chuckle... Cause this gem was in another Satanic Thread this week:

(12-12-2023 03:04 PM)Kruciff Wrote:  The Satanic Temple is a secular organization and doesn't actually believe in Satan. To believe in Satan would be to believe in Christianity with extra steps

So they don't believe in Satan, but call themselves the Satanic Temple and have shirts hailing said being they don't believe in..

You boys are confused.. I say boys loosely, Heaven only knows what you identify as today.

Wait what? Are you telling me the satanic temple is just gaming the system? That they should lose their status as a religion? Note that the Satanic Temple claims it is a "religious group" and as such is entitled to all the benefits and exemptions that are religious group is entitled to under the law. They have the paperwork no matter what they claim after the fact....

As a recognized religion, they have been able to obtain tax-exempt status as a religious organization from the IRS... And can also claim protections and privileges afforded to "religious organizations" ....this includes seeking equal access to public spaces and institutions like schools. Is it all a ruse? Sounds illegal to me.

Except that's not what our Founders gave us.

Please find this phrase in the Constitution. Read the history of it. Understand what it meant and how it was perverted by SCOTUS in Everson v. Board of Education (1947).

As long as separation of Church and State works both ways. Churches should not attempt to get the State to establish laws based on religious doctrine and belief, and the State should not infringe on religious matters. At this point we have problems both ways. The 1st Amendment says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," and both clauses are the supreme law of the land.

I agree. Religious right is notorious for trying to make laws based on religion. Just like I would be opposed to incorporating Sharia Law into our country and communities too.

Name a law based on religion or a bill the gop tried to pass

Hoss I don't know what they believe or what they're doing. I'm just repeating what you, I mean, another poster stated this week..

Odd that you want to push a being that would have no power without God and can't believe in said being without acknowledging God.

We are all grateful you and your ilk are not passing your genes but you still havent named law based on religion.

You are a dim bulb. I could counter my argument easily.

You should also know when i ask a question i know the answer and mainly pose it to laugh at stupidity like yours.

So. Try again.

You're confused. Luciferianism worships Satan as per the Christian interpretation. The Satanic Temple only exists to exploit the same loopholes in our legal system that Christians take for granted. Christian Churches and all the people clutching their pearls could solve this entire problem by simply butting out of government where they don't belong

Sealioning refers to the disingenuous action by a commenter of making an ostensible effort to engage in sincere and serious civil debate, usually by asking persistent questions of the other commenter. These questions are phrased in a way that may come off as an effort to learn and engage with the subject at hand, but are really intended to erode the goodwill of the person to whom they are replying, to get them to appear impatient or to lash out, and therefore come off as unreasonable.

Devoid of an ethical and moral compass. Detached from healthy sexual relationships so it becomes perverse. Narcissitic and selfish socipaths so divorced from nature they murder their progeny but want to save the planet.

We really should thank prog filth for their service to the health of the gene pool.

So they don't believe in Satan, but call themselves the Satanic Temple and have shirts hailing said being they don't believe in..

You boys are confused.. I say boys loosely, Heaven only knows what you identify as today.

Remember even in the Bible it says that Satan only tells half truths to convince the people, you know like the Demonic Party. They're famous for that. He's doing it now for those devout non-satanists, LOL>

No see we're dumb cause they're using loopholes for tax purposes that churches use, they don't believe in the ignorance they spew.

How many did you buy?

I'm not going to lie I got the Adolf Eichmann and Josef Mengele dolls and ordered the Jeffrey Dahmer spaghetti.... So I'm a little light on cash.

My Dahmer spaghetti just arrived and unsurprisingly it came with a side of finger sandwiches and mixed nuts!!

Hoss I don't know what they believe or what they're doing. I'm just repeating what you, I mean, another poster stated this week..

Odd that you want to push a being that would have no power without God and can't believe in said being without acknowledging God.

Juding by the prices of their products I would have to say they look to exploit the simple minded as well.
