Yep, Golding gets to come home and see some of the men he recruited and coached, as well as see the newly renovated Moody that he helped make reality. I don't see us beating UTEP, even at home. I also don't see this being a regular occurrence.

It will be regular as long as the WAC/CUSA challenge, I mean scheduling alliance, is active.

This happened due to last year's finishes. This very well could happen again. Maybe not the soon.

we need to take at least 4 games today. GCU SHOULD win and UVU plays Utah so not expecting a win there ( though SUU almost pulled the upset over the Utes so who knows) the other 4 are toss ups. We need some wins so we do not fall in the NET.

ACU needs to take down UTEP tomorrow and get back to being a hard nosed team.

UTA men beat Air Force 76-73 and the Lady Mavs beat Sam Houston 76-65.

Very nice wins, both!! I hope we have learned some lessons and take down the Miners tomorrow. We'll see...

ACU beat UTEP 88-82, a tough homecoming for coach Golding. UTEP is seriously tough, but ACU had one of its best games. The toughness of this ACU team showed back up in a big way. Hopefully they are back! The Wildcats shot 57.1% from the field and 46.2% for threes, pretty remarkable.

We didn't have one of our best games. We turned the ball over 23 times. It was an UGLY win, but we continued to play aggressively and we got good bench points and some decent rebounds. We also hit 71% FTs vs their 69%. What we did was enough to finally pull us ahead in the end as we lost the first half, after leading most of it, then trading back and forth most of the 2nd. We are playing harder. That's making a difference. We are still not running set plays, we are still making really bad passes and dribbling poorly. We still aren't winning with POTs, which used to be our bread and butter. Hopefully last weekend and today helps lift our psyche enough to help us clean up our game going forward.

Great win ACU!!!!!!

Tough, tough loss for Seattle U. Led Washington big at half, all of second half till UW tied it as time expired. Needed double-OT before Washington won it.

Nothing to be ashamed of when it's a program like UW, but what a win over the cross-city high major would mean for this program. Lost every year since moving back to D1 in 2009. Last win over UW was 1978. Closer than ever tonight.

John Cristofilis returned to the court after being out since the opener. Limited minutes, but difference maker when on the court for the most part. If he is fully healthy in time for WAC play, it'll be a big boost. This team is different with him.

Great win ACU! Seattle, I want to kick you in the nuts! You had game won in regulation, then you had a 5 point lead with a min left in the 1st OT and then had a chance at the end of the 2nd OT and you blew all three! Hopefully Tarleton comes through tomorrow with a win.

I think JSU is a winnable game for you guys, especially at home. Go get 'em!
