I had a chance to catch Emoni Bates in person last night in the G-League vs the Iowa Wolves and he looked really good too, going for 29 and 7 boards. Luka Garza had 38 and 9 to lead Iowa to victory. Fun couple of games!

Bob, we have to establish some offensive options beyond the fabulous Acuff. Oakland played a four-man zone defense against us with man-to-man on Tyson and it worked well. Blue is not going to do that, but I suspect the MAC teams will.

Right. Lovejoy looks like a solid option and I'd like to know why Osojnik only got 5 minutes. Perhaps he was under the weather?

Regarding Lovejoy: After rewatching the game (was originally in attendance), the announcers mentioned several times that Lovejoy had the size mismatch on McDaniels who is only 5’11 while Lovejoy is 6’2. Seems to be some truth to that. But regardless, Lovejoy did look good today. He was absent in the last game against Oakland for some reason- and of course has had limited playing time all season. Looking forward to him playing regularly if he can stay healthy.

Regarding Osojnik: I am shocked if not dismayed by seeing him only play 5 minutes late. I understand he has not been as consistent as we hoped, and Lovejoy’s return is going to effect changes in the rotation. But 5 minutes?

Baffles me as well. I'm trying to figure out what Stan is doing.

I told the PA Announcer before the game that he will probably have to say Osojnik’s name a few times. Then he didn’t play until the final few minutes of the game. I don’t get it either.
