It's no problem though, right. He wasn't playing or contributing much anyway.

I was told on here before the season started that we had all the big men we needed. So far tonight it looks like a 6'-7" forward and a 6'-4" guard is what we are left with. Yep, no problem at all.

Remember, this is a mercy kill. JMU didn’t want to play this game, ODU kept it from an agreement 5 years ago when they were in the CUSA because they couldn’t get another team to come

This program is cooked but at least this gives a nice look ahead to the quarterfinals of the Sun Belt tourney this season.

I'm turning it off. Team doesn't want to play defense and the offense is inept. I won't go to a game the rest of the year. My son and I will go see Va Weslyn or Christopher Newport. Cheaper, better basketball, and winning teams.

And a 6'11" kid would didn't get off the bench in the first half. Ready or not, he has to play now.

He won’t. He knows it’s over and should have left after last season. Anyone hoping do some sort of amicable breakup before his contract ends at the end of next year is sadly mistaken.

I don't say this much, but I am really disappointed in the effort. The team looks defeated already. They are getting all the 50/50 balls. Swiping at balls instead of position. Even Wade is lollygagging down the court and not going after rebounds. I hope the 2nd half is better.

For people like me that have closely followed ODU basketball for the last 40+ seasons, the last several seasons don't resemble what we're used to seeing. In fact, it looks more like a lower level MEAC team is now playing for ODU (if not worse).

Most of Sonny Allen's Division 2 ODU teams would win easily against this team.

Completely accurate. Absolutely shameful and disappointing.
