The Spirit of Giving
Since being a member here, I have noticed that The Parliament is not a generous place at all as far as awarding reputation points to fellow members is concerned. To take it a step further, we're downright greedy.

Comparatively speaking, the conference board is much more 'giving' environment. For example, since frequenting that board over eight months ago, my reputation has skyrocketed from 133 to 273, and trust me, I do not under any circumstances believe myself to be an amazing contributor, and I'm sure you would all agree. LOL

What bothers me the most about Parliament is that there are members who have been here for years, but their reputation is hovering around the single digits or teens. As Christmas approaches, I can't think of a better time to start giving. Encourage participation by awarding points. Let members here know that you appreciate their input and want them to return. Can we all agree to do that? I challenge everyone here to give rep points to one person everyday. I don't think that's too much to ask. That is all. Happy Holidays.

As a point of reference, I simply ignore all that.
I see your point, but I'm not about to get caught up in it.

'Giving' is about others.
