The above is from the archived NCAA FBS football stats from 2022 (this example is Passing Offense, JMU was #34). I thought that I remembered JMU being included last year in the NCAA FBS stats and they were. Wouldn't that be considered setting a precedent that they should have to continue with for the 2023 season? Do the transition bylaws specifically say that a transitioning team with a full FBS schedule should be excluded from the NCAA FBS statistics?
