We hit our FTs and Ennis hits a 3 to put ice it at 73-62 with 8 seconds left.

Rice switched to man to man the second half and shut down St Mary 3 point shooting which was killing us the first half..

Really solid effort after a rough start (which was understandable due to the bitter Georgia Tech loss). Defense was outstanding outside of the first quarter and a stretch in the fourth quarter.

Maya had a tremendous offensive game, tying the school record with 7 threes. I told you folks a couple of games ago to give her some time to get her legs back a bit. I also thought Malia had a tremendous game, with a near double double and no fouls (!!) in 34 minutes.

Suzzy didn’t dress up - her knee has been bothering her. Gooden still in a boot but no crutches at least today.
