Someone needs to tell him about the A&M job

The team is undisciplined, lots of boneheaded penalties. Regardless, UVa has now beaten UNC and Duke…two rivals that are having strong seasons. If the ‘Hoos beat the Gobblers next week, they win the trifecta versus rivals.

VT will be playing for bowl-eligibility next week. I expect it will be serious business for the Hokies.

On that note, NCSU is playing very good right now, too bad for them they did not play that way at the beginning of the year.

If the Playoff committee wants to drop FSU to #5 this week, I’m fine with it. Assuming UW holds on to beat PAC2, then I think they deserve it.

FSU will win tonight, but it's bittersweet with the loss of their QB. Even if they win out, I wonder of the selection committee will hold that against them if Washington is also unbeaten.

I kept trying to think what the Syracuse offense reminded me of. Really tall heavy guy who's a good runner in a phone booth but can't throw to hit the broadside of a barn. It finally hit me.

Late stage Beamer Ball. The Cuse offense has become Frank Beamer.

Oh right, the Logan Thomas turkey ride game. I had forgotten that disaster on the flats.

He was not SU's QB. He's the starting tight end. QB #1 Garret Shrader has a shoulder injury. QB#2, who is not very good, is also injured. QB #3 transferred out. He was pretty good, from what I hear. That leads us to Villari, our starting tight end who transferred in from Michigan as a QB. SU should have been using him as a giant running back.

So.... any chance Cuse goes to a bowl this year? All you need is a win over Wake on the CW (Home of the upset).

Who knows? I thought SU had a good chance to beat Wake at the Dome, but now that a position coach is the interim coach instead of the OC or DC, who actually has head coaching experience, Im not confident in anything associated with this program. Its not clear whats going on behind the scenes.
