Historically low O/U on Iowa/Rutgers at 28
No word on whether Rutgers has Iowa's playbook, or if it would actually matter even if they did.

The ECU-Charlotte O/U a few weeks back should have been in the 20's, and it would have still been entirely too high.

Based on this trend, I predict

Since you mention ECU, they shed a little light on what happens when Harbaugh is not on the sidelines for Michigan and Michigan doesn't have the opponents play calling signals on handy 7-page laminates. How the mighty Michigan with its 10+ NFL Draft Picks only won that game 30-3 over god awful (1-8) ECU is puzzling to say the least.
