The Cincinnati coaches are a little scared.

They told us that they're worried that UIC will have extra motivation, that they will come in sky high tonight. They want to prove everyone wrong, and show that they're a good basketball team.

Cincinnati is still a great team. But what some of the players say is we can't be conservative in this game. What they want to do is play wide open basketball. They might shoot 50 three-pointers. It will be a lot of fun.

Yeah without the 2 big transfers we are going to struggle to score once again and we’re going to give up a lot at the rim on defense.

we won't have a good defense inside unless Aziz and Reynolds are declared eligible.

why hasn't rayveon griffith played yet? redshirting or an injury?

What a relief it is to no longer have Adams Woods on this team.

I was on cloud 9 all half.

CJ looks pretty good off the ball, finding his spot and making his shot. If he can stay healthy, that is a weapon in our arsenal this season for sure.

Good half. Really struggle with rim protection without vik on the floor. They also have a big that can pull vik out and are using their guards to shoot over is mid range and at the rim. I thought we withstood some move stuff from them. Hope for another good half to follow.

We upgraded the perimeter big time.

Spacing is really good.

Off ball movement is really good.

PGs actually pushing the ball into the paint.

Appears the stuff that drove me nuts the last few years has been addressed.

My bad. I mixed Steve with Terry because I saw a shot of him on the court with headset on. Didn't see him sitting next to Dan.

We are really bad when Lahkin is on the court tonight
