Will Califord throw OSU and WSU a bone?
Given the ACC has just 8 conference games, Califord is short an OOC game. Anyone know if they will toss a bone to WSU and Oregon State?

They would probably want a game against a P4 opponent.

They're not going to start that crap, are they? Oregon St and Wazzu are in the P5 already - there should be no question that those are quality opponents!

They are in the P5 now, but it doesn't look like any P4 conference will pick them up for next year. Taking the 10 year Mean Sagarin Rating (MSR) as a measure of their relative strength among G5 schools, Washington State would rank 2nd behind only Boise State. Oregon State would rank 7th, close to but behind Memphis, Navy, SDSU and Utah State. Slightly below the Beavers are Appalachian St, Toledo, Air Force, Fresno State and James Madison.
While all 12 of those programs are quality opponents, they don't have the prestige (deserved or not) of P4 schools with comparable football strength ratings.
