Lockett has been named to the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award Watchlist, which goes to the best shooting guard in the country. Only 20 players make the list and only 4 out of 20 are from mid-majors.

Apparently this award includes fan voting, although I don't know how that will be done, but according to the article, the 1st round of voting starts Friday. Everyone remember to vote for Q!

Pretty heady company to be on the same list as Bueckers and Pili. Funny that the she didn't win MAC PoW. (Honestly, sometimes I think she gets more credit from the national media than from her own conference.)

Oh, and it appears that I never posted, but Q also made the watch list for the Wooden award for National Player of the Year.
