That's great news. With such little time to play, it's important to have something that's appropriate, and that rocks for those few seconds.

Another 'plus' for things like the 'womp womp' are that the band often has 'moves' that go with it... and the fans often join in... and of course the cheer and dance teams.... that's often how it becomes a 'thing'.

I'd also mention that with such a shortened time frame at halftime, there really isn't much room for (nor clarity of sound for) more than perhaps two jokes.... at least not more than a few 'well articulated' ones that don't require some sort of inside understanding

Yea. They rather waste money on diversity training then something meaningful like the mob. The University better be cautious what they support or they may start loosing donors.
