You get in a dog fight with Alcorn state and get ran out of the gym by McNeese state, I don’t expect you can close out close games against the bottom of our league.

Right, I get tired from watching guys body language. Coleman is going through it right now. A few could be questioning their roles. Easy to see we need 2/3 post guys in double figures, 4/5 guards in double figures. 4/8 guys gotta have 3-5 assists. Last I knew JD was second is assist....

Women’s basketball leads 42-23 at the half. Currently shooting 13/30 overall, 6/17 from 3, & 10/10 at the FT line. Out-rebounding them 27-12. Only negative is 11 turnovers for us, compared to their 8.

Yes, plus hes the rawest big of the four. Like it's been said he was a 6'2 guard when he graduated HS, worked for two years grew to 6'9 played a low level college NAIA and JuCo. I'm not expecting much out of him this year, just an older mature guy. Also that JuCo list could be weak sauce if you look up guys averages right now we missed on day day thomas.

JD and Yax are the post point production. JD and Shaver are the only guys with the recruit ranking. Shaver could be Beas Hamga or Kenneth Cooper/Trey Jemison (we've had some highly rated bigs over the years Lee,Sharpe,Ellis,Mayfield, Mehinti,Kinnard,). Yax is settling down, he had a weird road to UAB also.

Women’s team won 88-56. 27/57 shooting, 12/30 from 3, and 22/24 from the FT line. We outrebounded them 52-32. Only 7 turnovers in the 2nd half to give us a total of 18 tonight to their 12.

Hope we can have a good game this Sunday, when we face Auburn at Bartow. If you can make it, please do. Game starts at 2:30. Tickets are only $5, if you don’t have a gold card.

Yes, plus hes the rawest big of the four. Like it's been said he was a 6'2 guard when he graduated HS, worked for two years grew to 6'9 played a low level college NAIA and JuCo. I'm not expecting much out of him this year, just an older mature guy. Also that JuCo list could be weak sauce if you look up guys averages right now we missed on day day thomas.

we will see how good next year will be when march show up and how much we improve and be ready for a real season roster with less transfer

Man I think we will be lucky to have a winning season for the men, the women have been a nice surprise so far. It is not looking good for the men.
