I have no idea, really, how the election will turn out. I know that I’m not tuned-in to what “average” people have in mind. But I’m 100% positive the outcome won’t hinge on the decision of people who appear on NBC News, are helpfully labeled as “swing voters”, and then say they would support Biden “even if he was dead.” While such people definitely exist (lots of them, in fact) they would vote 100% Democrat 100% of the time no matter who the candidates are.

I think it will be really close in the swing states. Biden will get annihilated in the red states and Trump will get annihilated in the blue states. There will be 9 swing states Biden won last time (NV, AZ, GA, MN, WI, MI, PA, NH, VA) and 1 Trump won (NC). I can't imagine Biden winning any other red states and it would take more disasters for Trump to win NM, CO, ME or NJ. OH and FL have gotten redder. They will be safe for the Republicans.
