The CBS language is subtle. Might be pretty well crafted to avoid the allegation. Might be a fk up in the reporting, might be a deliberate attempt to throw people off. Or it might be a legitimate yet flawed language in a true denial. But the issue with the CBS language is subtle, many would not notice it. I never saw a report on the issue alleging that Trump 'shared records'.

The MSM has outright lied/propagandized lies about Trump continuously. Its why no sane person believes them, because they shouldnt.

So if a MSM comes out and shoots down another MSM fake news story, I tend to believe that because it happens so infrequently.

The reason the truth isnt in the middle when one MSM says one thing and another shoots it down is because when the MSM has lied and no other MSM shoots them down, that would be saying the truth is likely what the MSM said. And that has almost never been the case when it comes to Trump.

While I certainly agree that Trump has gotten a lot of politicized negative press, I don't immediately throw out anything written about him that is negative. He has clearly lived in the gray areas of many different laws over the years. I suspect he has crossed the line on a number of occasions. That being said, when it comes to the NY civil case, I don't think there is any doubt it is politically motivated.

Yes because:

A) They have continuously lied and pimped negatives on him

B) They hardly ever say anything positive or contradict a prior lie the MSM said

Therefore, a sane person can easily say if someone in the MSM shoots down a negative story about Trump, the story wasnt remotely true.

If thats what you are publicly screaming with a bullhorn about your case against Trump, then I'm not going to believe anything else the prosecution says. As a commercial property, MAL is worth whatever value its cash flow will sustain. If the cash flow is sufficient to retire the debt that was obtained with the valuation, then the valuation is supported by the cash flow and is not fraudulent.
