Biden's dog Commander removed from White House after numerous biting incidents
Quote:Commander Biden, the president’s dog, has reportedly been removed from the White House following at least a dozen biting incidents.

Communications director for the First Lady Jill Biden, Elizabeth Alexander, told Fox News, "The President and First Lady care deeply about the safety of those who work at the White House and those who protect them every day."

She added, "They remain grateful for the patience and support of the US Secret Service and all involved, as they continue to work through solutions. Commander is not presently on the White House campus while next steps are evaluated."

On Wednesday, after it was revealed that the German shepherd bit another Secret Service agent at the White House last month, White Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked if Biden was concerned about being sued over the dog's attacks. She referred questions to the First Lady’s office and the Secret Service.

This is the 12th known incident of Commander biting Secret Service or White House employees. Judicial Watch, a conservative legal activist group, previously obtained reports of the previous incidents from October 2022 through January 2023 and CNN noted there were more biting incidents that went unreported.

The New York Post obtained Secret Service communications about one incident in November 2022 where a Secret Service officer was sent to the hospital for treatment after being bitten by the dog on the thigh and arm.

According to the Daily Mail, Commander bit White House grounds superintendent Dale Haney several weeks ago.

The Bidens previously sent their other German shepherd Major to live with friends in Delaware after the dog also bit Secret Service agents and White House staffers.

Quote:Celebrity dog trainer Tom Davis thinks the poor pooch lacks direction:

"When Gov. [Andrew] Cuomo was in office — I did a lot of work at the mansion there in Albany, and I know what it's like to be in that environment where there's a lot going on, a lot of people, there's a lot of hustle and bustle, and there are a lot of busy things happening."

"And to have a dog that doesn't really have direction and leadership in those environments can really quickly escalate into protection and to fear and to protection in general, like of the house," Davis told Fox.

You’d think that the Bidens would have learned with Major that the White House is not the right place for an apparently untrained German Shepherd. Davis: “So for me, it's wrong dog, for the wrong person, at the wrong place."

Although some might consider this to be much ado about nothing (don’t tell that to the Secret Service agent who was sent to the hospital, though), it does highlight not only Biden’s reckless refusal to take accountability for anything but also the incredible bias of the media.

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's attitude: "Um, I don't know, and I don't care—ask somebody else."

I remember during and after Bush the Younger’s presidency, I would always apply the “what if Dubya did it?” standard when a Democrat politician did something stupid. In this case, you would ask, “What if Donald Trump had a dog that had at least 12 biting incidents?” The lamestream press would be covering it like it was Watergate, and Hollywood celebrities would be blasting all over social media that the former president was an animal abuser and a menace.

Instead, we mostly get silence.

That being said, I do have to give the Washington Post credit for running a column that was critical of the situation:

No one around the president wants to tell him that he’s no longer holding himself to the standards of other people. So the aides enable, instead. They implement new “leashing protocols” (they actually use this term), instead of saying flatly to the president: “This is crazy, and it has to stop.”

Turns out you're not being facetious if you say, "This administration bites."

It wouldn't surprise me if the dog is protecting Joe from people making him do things he is resisting.

Report Surfaces Biden ‘Mistreats His Dogs,’ Among Commander’s Removal from White House for Biting Incidents

Quote:Now arises a report based on legal watchdog Judicial Watch’s sources that Joe Biden mistreats his dogs.

According to Judicial Watch sources, “President Biden has mistreated his dogs,” Sperry reported. Judicial Watch has learned “he has punched and kicked his dogs,” he added.

Judicial Watch announced on Thursday that it is seeking a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Secret Service for records regarding incidents of aggression and bites involving President Joe Biden’s Dog, Commander.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after the Secret Service (part of the Department of Homeland Security) failed to respond to a July 31, 2023, request for all records involving the “Biden family dog, ‘Commander,’ including but not limited to communications sent to and from [Secret Service] officials in the Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Divisions involved with White House operations and the Presidential Protection Division.”

Commander, a purebred German Shepherd, replaced another German Shepherd, Major, who was reportedly “given to family friends” after a succession of attacks on Secret Service and White House personnel. Commander was acquired in December 2021. In April 2022, Judicial Watch released documents detailing multiple assaults and damages to Secret Service agents by Major at the White House and Biden’s lake residence in Wilmington, DE.)

In July, Judicial Watch unearthed records from the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a related lawsuit disclosing ten attacks by Biden’s German Shepherd, Commander, on Secret Service officers between October 2022 and January 2023. In multiple instances, the agents required medical care, including hospitalization.

The records included a November 5, 2022, email exchange between a Uniformed Division officer and the November 3 attack victim, the first officer asked, “Doing alright [redacted]? That’s freaking crazy that stupid dog – rolling my eyes [redacted].” The victim replied, “My leg and arm still hurts. He bit me twice and ran at me twice.” The colleague replied, “What a joke [redacted] – if it wasn’t their dog he would already have been put down – freaking clown needs a muzzle – hope you get to feeling better [redacted].”

According to a Judicial Watch source, President Biden has mistreated his dogs. Judicial Watch said it has learned he has punched and kicked his dogs.

“It is beyond belief that, even after Judicial Watch exposed their attacking 10 Secret Service personnel, Joe and Jill Biden have continued to let their dog menace and attack Secret Service and White House staff. Let’s be blunt: the dangerous dog could kill someone,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The ongoing Biden administration cover-up of the Biden dog attacks on Secret Service agents is dangerous corruption.”

Remember when Biden* was in a walking boot because he tripped while playing with the dog? More likely he fell while trying to attack the dog.
