That’s true. That’s been one positive from the defense.

This is definitely a winnable game, I just don’t count on us winning until I see it happen against a real team.

We have too many issues, although I admit that we are improving a lot game to game.

I hope that trend continues. The last thing this team and program can afford is a Louisiana meltdown, especially after the progress we’ve shown since then.

Have to put pressure on and contain their QB. He is a duel threat. He will be a handful.

I’m more worried about our secondary. We either look solid or the opposing team has a man streaking completely open. Georgia probably isn’t the most fair example but nearly every deep ball was just a Georgia player with no one even in the frame. Running QB scares me like other have said. We have a history of falling on our face with them.

Looking for that grown man physicality, that takes years to develop out of HS. Might as well be right back where we were in 2017 in the trenches.

You do what you have to do and they know we weren’t ready based on what we added and the guys that couldn’t ever get on the field in the returnees.

I’m hoping for some portal entrants from previous regime to make room for Juco additions. After the season, of course

Need it so bad. Right now it's men's basketball and the seven dwarfs as far as team sports at UAB. Despite all the investments Blazer sports are as bad as they have ever been overall.
