Post your predictions below. Unfortunately I’m at the point where I need to see our defensive line not get blown off the ball before I can believe in the defense, and we are playing a team that specializes in blowing defenders off the line of scrimmage and running it down your throat.

I see them dominating time of possession and staying a score ahead most of the game….

Still thinking 35-31 ULL

Didn’t bother to do week 3 picks because of how drunk the Rice and UNT scores were last week. Looks like a 60% chance of rain at 7pm. So, perhaps, the score is lower due to a wet ball. we really need to bounce back for a variety of reasons. Recruits aren’t going to stay on board, losing to sunbelt schools.

I don’t think it rains for the game. I also think the guys will play a bit more inspired. I’m drinking the kool aid this morning and going with UAB 38- Louisiana 27. Go Blazers!!!

FWIW- I believe my team will win until they don’t.

A Clark team that got embarrassed the week before would usually whip some ass the following week. We'll see what a Dilfer team does.

Right, I'm awful at score predictions but I'd feel good about UAB -1.5 if I were a gambler.

Seriously, I’m curious to see how long Dilfer goes before calling fans out over attendance. And I mean that in a positive way.

We have a pretty bland and boring game day experience, we haven’t looked particularly good this year outside of the offense, and the concession prices and situation has been beaten to death… I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to come to UAB game right now

I felt like I was the only one making noise on 3rd down in my section and it was driving me insane. I never knew why people attending games at Protective are so quiet during the game. It was similar to some of the Stallions games too.
Thankfully basketball games are starting to get that energy back with AK but Protective Stadium is so quiet. I have complained about the Student Section not being as rowdy too many times, they just need a Gang Green leader or move the band in the corner next to them and let them help lead cheers and get rowdy. They try to do that at Bartow - when the students aren't sleepy..

It’s funny looking back now. Remember the Iron City dude basically saying to build our stadium to look like Mountain Brook? “We need more seats on the home side.”

The vocal few sit on the the east side now. So, now there’s nobody that actually listens to the players when they turn to the crowd asking people to make noise behind the home bench anymore because they’re all hiding in the club.

Sorry to say it, but we had better fan engagement at legion field. You were right when you said protective don’t feel like home.

Maybe it’ll take playing Memphis for folks to care.We do have an ungrateful base.

New stadium, Solid program. Yet folks still sit on their ass like they don’t want to be there.

Southern has thrown 3 picks or they would be up double digits. As it is it’s 7-7 with a minute to go in the half.
