If you have to point out a problem, it’s not Silverfield, the players or the schedule. It’s attendance at games. Wow….watching on ESPN was just embarrassing so many (good) empty seats. Crowds look only slightly better than when I was a MSU student in the 70’s. I just told a friend too bad the Tigers can’t relocate. Oh well…I certainly don’t have the answer.
Go Tigers Go (whom ever you play!) Best of luck to Coach Silverfield!
Sad but true, if the University paid for their ticket. beer and send an Uber to pick them up the miserables would still *****. GTG
Yeah, cause the beer would probably be Bud Light...
Found the transphobe.
No body is a transphobe as no one is scared of them which is the definition. I just want these people to get the mental help they are crying out for

Thank you!
The whole trans-"phobe" term is just a red herring to try to avoid any real discussion by discounting a different view.
There is no irrational fear of trannies.

But, if a change is needed, Eastman Beaudine of Plano, TX is the name to remember. That is the search firm that found us Fuente and I think they also found us Norvell. So, they hit two home runs for us. Here is a link to their website. You may enjoy the comments of Bob Beaudine in the video. https://www.eastman-beaudine.com/
They were the search firm that found Dion Sanders for the Univ of Colorado.
That's not much to say. Colorado had no expectations entering this year. They did, however, use Deion as a marketing tool to bolster their athletic program. Tickets sales will do its justice. They didn't know what they were going to get out of Deion from the football perspective. However, they 2-0 start is somewhat impressive (won't go overboard though), but they have Oregon and USC in a few weeks.
If Memphis got rid of Silverfield and hired Deion, we would've sold out the Liberty Bowl against Bethune-Cookman. We wouldn't know what we were going to get out on the field, but guess would be we would win the AAC knowing we had his two sons, the running back, the returner (that transferred from South Florida to Colorado), and Travis Hunter all transferring to Memphis.
Colorado had nothing to lose if they hired Deion. Playing with house money. Deion was going to leave Jackson, MS, just happened Colorado was the only "P5" school was going to hire him.
Not just unlikely, but unfathomable. What is this nonsense?
Maybe not a sellout, but pushing 40k. With the cheap tickets, the "win together" parlay ticket (or whatever it's called), the coaching change, and Prime with his 2 Heisman candidates? BIG crowd.
From 2015-2019, we averaged 38k for the FCS game.
Deion was never coming here lol
sigh
We just don't know either way.
What we do know is that he reached out to the university to gauge interest.

Agreed. Thinking most (not all) of them are mentally ill and / or just getting attention and likes as social media whores isn't the same as being afraid of them or plotting to harm them.
You haven't swilled beer if you haven't had one of the following: Olympia, Hamm's, Schaefer, or Wiedemann. I try to drink local nowadays when I'm not drinking Duvel. Bow Echo from Wiseacre is a tasty option if you like a hoppy pale ale.
To those supporting woke "trans" politics, why celebrate what is obviously a mental illness? Should we also start validating and supporting the hallucinations of the schizophrenic? I have empathy for those suffering from delusional thoughts, but that doesn't mean society should be enabling said delusions either. Gender dysphoria (DSM-5) absolutely should never be accepted as justification to legally attribute a fallacious and biologically incorrect gender to an individual, when what they really need is psychotherapy.

Back in the old Showboats days the beer of choice was Schaefer light

Why did you leave out Grain Belt, Northern and Falls City?

That's true, but I never thought they were that good either. Ha ha.
They contained alcohol. Nothing else mattered. Like when the pledges tapped the keg on our front porch every Friday at noon, I didn't care what brand it was.

Did you shed a tear when Kid Rock was spotted drinking one last month?
What are you drinking these days? If it's beer I am partial to Modelo.
Bud Light / Coors Light - meh - may as well drink water.
Mich Lite is (IMO) the best of the light beers - Ultra is better that BL and CL I think.
Never been into Corona.....
What you got?
PBR, good sir! I only drink the finest.
I'm afraid I can no longer afford to be an alcoholic. My beer of choice (Ananda IPA) is $10/six-pack...

Schmidt was the worst I’ve ever drank. It was like $1.99 a 12 pack back in the day
