If that financial disclosure is authentic, then obviously someone within Anheuser-Busch leaked the document. So there are some people on the inside who are p¡ssed about what AB has done.

Quote:report from CBS News that AB InBev’s U.S. chief marketing officer, Benoit Garbe, will step down next month after two years with the company.
Yeah, good call.

Anheuser-Busch has now had 7 full months to clean up the mess it created. It simply refuses to do so.

speaking of pissed...you're disclosing Bud's secret recipe....

How appropriate the headlines are. Bud's fortunes are quasi permanent, just like the mutilations necessary to change a gender. For Mulvaney that's fine, for children??? The customers seem to think there is a special place in hell for that! The reaction to the marketing campaign was swift, massive, and irrefutable. Most folks ain't buying what the devil's pushing. And if not for the magic glow of electronic media which lies about numbers whether from elections or the actual strength of a boycott, the truth behind the public's rejection simply isn't going away!

You can take the public's voice away, but their actions will always speak louder than words!

Bud Light drinkers discovered other light beers that taste better for the same price or found cheaper options.

Bud Light decided to NOT stay in their lane. A cautionary tale that many will not learn from, but I am sure many also will.

The short version is that the second you try to please everyone, you will find out that you can please no one. AB is still making plenty of money - nobody should be crying for them.

We are just a small sample, but I know it’s pretty consistent around Marshall game days. It’s not just Bud Light, but a conscious choice to avoid InBev products.

150-200 beers, how many people sitting on that tailgate? 03-drunk

We have core of about 20 that actually host, but depending on the game have 50-100 spend time there. People invite friends, customers, etc plus we have had the same spot for over 20 years, so a lot of drop bye. All the regulars tend to bring a case each so we have enough for everyone. We go thru about 400 beers a game plus a handle of Fireball with “countdown shots”. COGS

That many people 04-cheers I'm pretty sure there's a lot of food also. 04-cheers

We have the best damn tailgate chef you’ll ever meet. He owns a State Farm agency but should own a restaurant. He’ll make pulled pork, makes his own sauces, Cole slaw, even pickles. I think Saturday is a beef vegetable soup and cornbread. Everybody else brings sides and desserts, but he always does the main dish.

Man I love six Saturdays a year.
