I am sorry about being negative, but that was an annoying video. If it is a jersey reveal, then reveal the darn full uniform! If they are going to show annoying camera snippets of the uniform, they should call it "A sneak peek of NIU's uniforms"!

I feel like last year's jerseys were better. These feel like a step back. The last batch of jerseys was probably the cleanest we've ever had.

Glad they're at least sticking with the black helmet. Never liked the white ones, expect for those 60's retro ones they wore one time.

I like the color combo for sure. Just thought they would make a change to the helmets and go with primary logo. Oh well. Go huskies

Yup. That was the only part of the entire kit I didn't like.

Was not a fan of Huskies down the pant leg, so glad to see they’ve gone away from that.

I'll give credit to NIU for wearing the black ( As the Cubs Pat Hughes would say) trousers. It seems that all the visiting teams wore their all white this weekend. I am sure that the heat had a lot to do with that.

All whites always look blah on the TV screen, I always like a dash of color. And if you really want clashing colors, back in the day, there was nothing better than to see the Creamsicle Orange of Tampa Bay and the Royal Purple of the Vikings play each other.

Yeah maybe I’m officially one of the old guys now, but I wasn’t a fan of them.

I think NIU should do the Penn State minimalist approach - but take it further. Plain white helmet, plain white pants, plain white jersey except for the number written on the back with a black magic marker. Of course, shoes and underwear would also be white. That outfit would get us some national publicity.

I loved that Ball State had if for a long time because it looked so terrible.
