As to your first question -- dont know. I dont follow those statistics. Maybe you can tell me where to find them?
Edited to add : if you are referring to Corcoran, first you are mixing and matching Federal cases. Second, unfortunately Trump made Corcoran a witness to a charged crime — in fact he set up Corcoran to submit a false sworn statement to the Feds after playing the shell game with the boxes of documents prior to Corcoran’s search of the area. Yeah, too bad a witness to a charged crime, in fact one made into an unwitting participant, can’t really represent that client when a witness. But please complain about that.
