A conversation with Tommy Bowden about his father, Bobby Bowden

Whenever Tommy Bowden brought his Clemson team to Tallahassee, both father and son fielded a lot of corny questions from reporters. One reporter asked the Clemson coach if he ever looked across the field during a game to find his dad. He shrugged and said 'Well, I'm busy during games. Maybe I did once, but Florida State has a lot of short fat guys running around their sideline.'
