The most restrictive current law is in 13 states that there is no 'free before time' (i.e. no time buffer). It seems that in those 13 states there is an absolute want to restrict abortions strictly to health reasons.

The most restrictive current law is in 13 states that there is no 'free before time' (i.e. no time buffer). It seems that in those 13 states there is an absolute want to restrict abortions strictly to health reasons.

Nothing wrong with wanting to. Doesn't make it so.
