Oher probably has blown thru his NFL $. He’s written some newly released book that he’s trying to sell. Touhy’s lawyer has press conference today to show where they have all the documentation showing Oher knew everything all along. Whole thing seems like a shakedown

Of course, if it wasn't for Oher, a high school football coach known better for his girls basketball teams, doesn't get a SEC job.
I just wonder why it is the Tuohys havent helped anyone else?
The ONE kid they decide to "help" just happened to be a 17 year old 325lb 5star left tackle that Ole Miss desperately wanted...
I mean, if that doesnt show you all you need to know then something is wrong with you.
All this "homeless" nonsense needs to stop.... He was attending Briarcrest PRIOR to knowing them. Briarcrest (for those who dont know) is a private school in Memphis with a tuition of 18k a year....
so this "homeless" kid was somehow attending the same school as the Tuohys? One of the Memphis elite families most definitely were not sending their kids to the hood for school....
The Touhys helped Ole Miss land a LT, any help that Oher received was a byproduct of them helping Ole Miss.

And now he has a another book about to drop, which makes this whole story make a lot more sense.
He wants to sell his new book and now he's back in the national news.
When I initially read the ESPN report, I had the same feeling and decided to invoke the 48 hour rule. It smelled like shiite and I suspected that the story would change.

The line in the movie where Freeze says "they come to us rough be we coach them up" was cut short in editing. What he actually said was "they come to us rough, but we coach them up. Now, if you'd excuse me, I have some girls in skirts I need to paddle."

that would have been the first thing in the movie that was accurate!
