Go to http://www.collegerealignment.com. they supply a map of the US, withe locations of FBS & FCS locations of teams as well as the chance to create new teams!! I had fun with it myself yesterday.

To change a current team, click on the team name, edit the conference, and then apply changes. Add a new team option is if you want to pull a team from D2 or D3.
