WSU/OSU will join MWC as full members (all sports).

Stanford/Cal & WSU/OSU make FB agreements to play each other every year in OOC.

That's my prediction when the dusts settles.

I predict these are the most likely outcomes.

1. They stay together and build within.
2. Your prediction
3. ACC rescues Stanford and Cal. OSU and WSU go to MWC
4. Some kind AAC merger.
5. Some kind of MWC merger.

Any kind of mergers with G5’s is last resort sky is falling move.

Cal & Stan do not have a lot of time to put together an Indy schedule.

UConn is only paid 500k for its media deal with CBS Sports. How much more can Cal & Stan get by themselves?

They would also forefit the playoff money by going Indy.

not much. I say at most 5M each. I mean the Pac-10 was only offered 23M no linear. 2 schools who aren't good and don't bring tv ratings getting a combined 10M seems like a lot.
(Oregon, Wash, Utah, Ariz, ASU, Cal) were most of that 23M value.

They would also forfeit the NCAA tournament credits. Also, they would fade into obscurity. Wash St's athletic dept may have to file bankruptcy.
