I scanned a few of the stuff that came out on Gab and while there was a lot of things that I believed in I also saw a lot of things I abhor. Firstly, it seemed to me that it was anti-Jewish and pro-Nazi. Thanks for including it in your post, at least now I know where that website stands.

The Production Company who produced the video was asked by Fox to remove a clip that Fox had not given them approval to use. Fox claims they asked them "nicely" to remove it. Fox had asked for the lyrics to the song and somebody at the production company simply sent them the video. Fox wanted printed lyrics so they refused permission to use the clip.

You can't judge Gab by a cursory glance. It's simply a free speech platform. It isn't "pro anything" or "anti anything". It just lets you say whatever you want. The guy that owns it is a devout Christian.

I my informal sampling of reviewers channels on YouTube the reaction is about 50-2 black reviewers don't find it racist.

Here is an example of 1 reviewer.





One female black reviewer made a comment about "Good ole boys" she said she grew up watching Dukes of Hazard and remembers that line in there.
