People in Colorado are Broncos fans, they don't care one bit about the Buffaloes or the Rams.... their fans are drug headed hippies that don't even fill up their silly stadium. Their other programs are pathetic.

Look it up

Memphis will always be available. I sure as heck prefer them over UConn.

It’s about being competitive with current P2/M3 structure and struggle against the other M3. This is a win for the Big 12 if true and lots to play out with PAC moving forward. I’ve only been to the ski towns and Colorado Springs. The state of Utah I prefer much more visiting but that’s not what college athletics or realignment is about.

Brett Yormark reportedly likes UConn as a backup option if he can't get any other PAC-12 school besides Colorado. He sees potential with their proximity to the New York market and all that. As I've said before, I don't trust UConn football to ever amount to a hill of beans. I've also pointed out that part of UConn's argument for leaving the American for the Big East was that they were having a hard time recruiting in the areas where schools in the conference were located. So, if they had trouble with recruiting geography in the American, by their logic, they would have trouble in the Big XII as well. If Yormark ends up taking UConn, it's not as if it would be the beginning of the end of the Big XII, but I really think the Huskies are already in the best conference situation for them: The Big East.

Note “I”.

Well aware of what BY’s preference.

Not sure what the "Note 'I'" comment means. Based on your earlier post, you seem to agree with me that UConn should not be one of the first choices. What part of what I said do you disagree with?

Busy night. Didn’t read your post clearly. Agreed no interest in UConn unless bball down the road 2030s is split in TV deal. Their football is a dud. NE is a complete dud in college sports fandom in general.

Now that we've expressed our mutual distaste for UConn, watch them get invited to the Big 12 next week, LOL.

Lol if that happened I would hammer Yormark on here. Exhaust all PAC options first which it looks like is happening.

RE: Why Not Memphis?
Been away from here and just popped back and zeroed in on this thread since the title question seemed to come from someone not in tune with things.

To answer the question...................just because it's...........Memphis! 05-nono
