RE: Conference Schedule
Women’s AAC schedule:
Rice, SMU, USF, Temple - Home
Charlotte, ECU, Tulane, Tulsa - Away
FAU, Memphis, UNT, UTSA, WSU - Home & Away
Good to see they’re not doing the same crap that CUSA did: scheduling the exact same teams in opposite locations.

RE: Conference Schedule
I love this schedule. Getting FAU, Memphis, North Texas home and home is huge. I don't mind SMU and Tulane as the others. I expect the Wave and Mustangs will be top half of the league. Glad the Shockers are coming to Bham and I don't mind NOT going there -- that is a tough place to win.
I feel like Temple is going to improve pretty quickly. That is a historically solid program and basketball is important there.
I don't know if how much the membership changes will affect placement, but last year's AAC MBB schedule announcement included the following:
"The 2022-23 season will be The American’s third under its media rights extension with ESPN, which will allow for a minimum of 60 conference-controlled games to be televised on either ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU. A minimum of 23 of those games will be on either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2."
Based on the pairings for home and homes, I'm gonna guess we're about to get some nice ESPN family exposure.

RE: Conference Schedule
We got a great draw on the conference schedule. Should have multiple chances for Q1 wins and home opponents that will improve attendance.

Cupcake city for home only.
Feel good about games at UTSA and temple.
When talking about POD play, seems like AAC wasn’t playing around by the way they did the H&A pairings. They want to insure we have multiple bids and multiple chances at q1 or q2 wins
Spot on here. The away schedule we got made this apparent.

RE: Conference Schedule
When is the season ticket purchase deadline to renew?
Nevermind. It's September 1.

I’ve heard from the grape vine that the engineering department doing the renovation to Bartow are of the opinion that the renovations to lower level seating will be in an effort to move the student section closer to court. I know that’s something we’ve all talked about on here

I hope it's true. I miss the students being right across the tunnel from the visiting bench. There was some monumental heckling that went on back in the day.
God bless you, Tony, wherever you are.

That doesn't necessarily mean moving the student section from the end of the arena. Everything I've heard points to both end zones seating being reconfigured to be parallel to the end of the court. Thus bringing those sections closer to the court.

He's still floating around, but he lives out of state. We talk pretty regular, and he still makes a game now and then.
