Yeah I feel really sorry for the Richardson family right now. Nolan had some great years and did some incredible things for this program, and I really think that he has his son thinking the same things, that the world is out to get him.
Its too bad that Nolan's son has decided to take the same road Nolan did, except for the whole gun pulling part, that wasnt part of Nolans plan, but acting like everyone is against him is definitely a part.

I sure hope things get better for the Richardsons, and that they are somehow able to salvage the family name into what it should be, hard working, well accomplished and pioneering in black coaching.

As far as feeling sorry for them, I feel sorry for anyone that makes dumb mistakes and stupid statements, but hey, you quit feeling sorry if they are intent on destroying themselves by continuing to do the same things.
Who, or what school, would hire either one of these guys now? One involved in a big time lawsuit against AR claiming he was picked on, and the other going bonko looking for an assistant with a hundgun.

I agree, there really isnt much they can do to restore their reputation. Too many bad decisions and feeling sorry for themselves has almost ruined it. I think Nolan can still get another job, but he probably wont want too. He will just sit on his butt, collect his paycheck from the UA for firing him, and whine that he was treated unfairly.

His son will never get a job again. He deserves to be in jail, and probably will be. Nolan was offered the UTEP job and has been rumored for other jobs, but opted to sue UA instead.

We shall see.
