I like where Baylor is at as well. Most of our best seasons have come when we were picked to finish in the middle of the pack. We seem to struggle more as a favorite.

And amen to your last paragraph. We just need to keep those clowns out of the Big 12 title game for one more year.

Cincy is taking a beating in that ranking for losing their coach I guess.....no way they should be below a holgar "coached" team

I think UCF, Cincy, and Houston will all finish several places higher than predicted.

Still not buying the Texas hype, KSU is picked to high (expecting them to live up to last year is fools gold), Tech picked to high also, no respect given to the new schools, the rest more or less close.

i dont get texas..seem people never learn I guess. houston is picked too high this year and a few more after.

Given how much we lost from last year's team it's hard to argue with where TCU is at.

OU is the biggest mystery me. No idea if they turn it around this year or not.

Miami will probably be Top 25 Preseason

All just throwing darts in the dark man. That's why the game is played.

TCU seems about right to me...although we definitely beat Tech :-)

I fully expect WVU to sit at the bottom this year, so I agree with that part at least.

I think the Texas pick actually makes some sense this year because there are no other clear frontrunners. But I'll believe the Longhorns have a championship team when they're hoisting the trophy.

That program, like USC, has a culture problem. It's a very soft, white-collar program. It's hard to win championship when you fold at the the slightest bit of adversity.

In fairness, Oklahoma has earned its respect with past performance. They dominated this conference for a long time. Those two aren't really the same.

UH seems right about where I expect it will end up after this upcoming season. Coogs better start recruiting some more local talent if they want to compete in this conference. \|n/
