If there's a 27-month notice, SMU has no reason to pull a SDSU as that timeline doesn't impact their exit penalties.

The AAC has had four recent early buyouts, all came in at $16-17M. One, UConn, was under one year before they left. Always a little dance with lawyers, but everyone knows the price.

For SMU the amount is basically set, whether before June 30th or after.
